F&P Consulting Partnership was established at the beginning of 2004 by Chiara Faglia and Antonio Pagani, the General Partners, two entrepreneurs with complementary background experience in the field of rural and industrial development, SME promotion, establishment and management.

Both F&P General Partners hold a university degree and certificates in fields such as International Development Cooperation, Quality Assurance, Corporate Management and Agricultural Engineering.



F&P Consulting Partnership strenght lies in the intellectual rigour and experience both Partners bring along, combined with deep-rooted professional ethics.

 

F&P Consulting Partnership, capitalizing on the extended relationships of its Partners, avails itself of a network of specialists and experts in different disciplines who may be mobilised whenever required.

 



Main assignments carried out by F&P General Partners include:

  • Projects management on behalf of various UN Agencies (UNDP, UNIDO, OPE, FAO) in Fiji, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, Sudan and Tanzania.
  • UNIDO technical assistance programme formulation and management in Austria, Kenya and Uganda.
  • Monitoring of about 20 TACIS and ACP countries projects (EC).
  • Projects evaluation: regional (Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, and Thailand); country-wide (Kenya and Samoa) (UNIDO and EC).
  • International investment partners identification and pre-investment studies, within the framework of the ECIP and JOPP Programmes, in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, several Eastern European Countries, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Market surveys, on behalf of clusters of European SMEs, in Australia, Canada, Latin American Countries, USA and New Zealand.
  • Projects identification and formulation (UN Agencies, various Italian Institutions and Chambers of Commerce).
  • Short-term technical missions (engineering) in a number of former USSR Countries (EC)
  • Management of properties and enterprises (medium-size company in the leather sector in Italy, small enterprise in the tourism sector in Vanuatu).
  • Implementation of training programmes in the domain of SME promotion, development and management, consulting and pre-investment studies.
  • Technical literature translating, editing, printing and publishing in English, French and Italian.
  • Environmental impact studies and assessments (Italian Municipalities).
